Hello O2 Team,
16th Jan 2023 is the activation date of my internet kable connection the connection from my previous provider (Vodafone) is disconnected at 6AM today morning. But, I’m still waiting for the activation confirmation message from O2.
I have tried to install the router O2 provided the WLAN light is still off and when I called the customer care they are saying we are still installing the connection and I have to wait.
How long will it take to install and Can you please send an technician to fix the problem.
