Hello O2 Team,

16th Jan 2023 is the activation date of my internet kable connection the connection from my previous provider (Vodafone) is disconnected at 6AM today morning. But, I’m still waiting for the activation confirmation message from O2.

I have tried to install the router O2 provided the WLAN light is still off and when I called the customer care they are saying we are still installing the connection and I have to wait. 

How long will it take to install and Can you please send an technician to fix the problem.

How are things looking on your end today? Has the activation process finished and were you able to connect the router now? If the internet ist not working yet, which model of router did you order from us, the FritzBox 6660 or the 6690? What are the LEDs on the outside showing and what does the router itself say when you access its user interface?
