O2 Internet Connection

I have called the customer care for questions on a new contract for internet connection. The person from the customer care took all the details and initiated the process accordingly for the connection. I received an email from O2 with the summary of the connection, followed by another name mentioning the order number. Next, there was another mail to confirm my email ID. On clicking on the verify email option, it asked for some code which I do not have.

I tried the verification the next day (today) and it does not work now. I called the customer care and I was waiting for more than 7 mins (two or three times) but there was no one answering.

 

So, finally I am writing here - what do I need to do for further processing of my internet connection. I know that O2 takes around 3 to 4 weeks to activate a connection (which is really a very long time!) and thus I initiated the order beforehand. Kindly assist!

Hello @anindya448,

can you say for what credentials the email asked? Was it an all new contract or did you already have a contract with us that was running under the same customer number?

Were you maybe already in touch with our customer service and is this already being taken care of? :-)
