Hi,

I have a problem with my internet bilm that seems to be completely wrong. There are no detailed information how much I am supposed to be billed

First of all, I had my internet activation delayed from 10th of january to 21st of january and I was told that the billing period starts according to the activation date. However, my bill says that the billing period is from 10.1.2024-9.2.204.

On top of this, my bill seems to be 73.21€ which does not add up at all. I have monthly 100 M Flex home internet contract that costs 39,99/month, and I had a technician visit. The bill makes no sense to me and I need clarification

Hello @Songwen

o2 Fritzbox 49,99€? Anschlusspreis 49,99€?

Hello @Songwen

o2 Fritzbox 49,99€? Anschlusspreis 49,99€?

I did not buy router or any additional products from them. Technicial visit might be in the price(yes 49,99) however, it still does not add up. Moreover, the bill is not specified and I do not want to pay any extra due to their mistakes

Please read page 2 from the invoice. There are all Details.

Please read all pages of the invoice. The invoice is the PDF document that you can download in "Mein o2". The invoice lists exactly how much was charged for what. If you have questions or objections to individual invoice items, please name the invoice item specifically and explain why it is not correct.

Unfortunately there is only 1 page in my invoice.

Hello @Songwen ,

I’m sure we’ll be able to clear up any questions you have concerning your bill. I assume since you say that it only has one page, that you’ve only received the notification about bill and not looked at the actual one that you can check through your contract’s mein o2. That's where you have the full bill including an itemized list of the costs and benefits you receive.

Kind regards, Sven
