I took an o2 homespot M flex on October 26th, 2023. Instantly got an order confirmation and waited for the shipment status. Waiting for a few days and finally called the customer service on October 30, 2023.  They said that the order is already shipped and I can expect it the same day or the next  day. They also told me that there is no shipment status and tracking number for homespot orders(weird). So I waited again until today (October 31, 2023) and again called the customer service.

They told me that the shipment can take about 7 days and it is still not shipped and that I should wait for the shipment status email. When I told about my experience about the customer service call the  day before, she just told me that it was a mistake. 

So, if yo u can help me, is there anything I can do  to  know my order status? How long should I wait for the order to arrive? I am also thinking about canceling thr contract since the customer service in my opinion is a disaster.

Today's information is correct. Just wait for delivery. There is no status at Homespot.

It seems like 02 customer service has no idea what they are doing. I called again today(2 nov) to the customer service and was told that the device has already reached my destination on 28th oct itself. I asked them on 30th and 31st october and they told me that It was still not shipped. Finally got the tracking number but faced issues collecting it since dhl did not leave any notification. I then had to call dhl customer service to get the bar code number to collect it from the packstation.
