Hi Team,

The internet is not working for my O2 Homespot. Even when it works the speed is extremely slow. 

When i visit the store for support, they asked me to raise the request online. Kindly request you to address the problem at the earliest as we’re all working from home and need the internet at the earliest.

Do you know Basic? E. g.:

10 Goto 20

20 Goto 10

At the store they recommended you to ask online? I recommend you to ask at the store!

Just kidding ;)

Joking aside:

Please make a screenshot of the 3G/LTE-Status in your router’s menu. Make sure, you don’t show things like IMEI or serial number. Alternatively tell us your current ZIP Code or city and a street name next to you, not your private Address!
