I am using O2 home spot for more than 1 year and everything was fine. Suddenly since yesterday morning the WLAN signal is blinking red and I do not have internet connection.

  1. Tried restarting the router
  2. Taking the SIM card out and then putting it back
  3. giving the PIN by going to 192.168.1.1
  4. tried both wired and wireless connection.

What can I do next?

Hello @SKV ,

which LED exactly is blinking red on your HomeSpot? Because if there was an issue with the WLAN, then using LAN to directly connect to the router would of course circumvent any potential issues that the WiFi has.

Also which version of the HomeSpot are you using?
