Hello,

I recently ordered the O2 My Home M Online (last Saturday). I was told I will receive confirmation email and I received a confirmation on my email with the order number (XXXXXXXX)

However, when I was checking the delivery status, the order number was invalid.

Can someone help me with this issue and let me know the current status

You should check your mailbox, since the postal service tried to deliver the package to you. As that wasn’t successful the package is currently being held at a post office close to you, where you can retrieve it from.
