O2 home contract

I have ordered the O2 home cable service in the last week and the contract was made at their store.

It's shows the activation date will be on April 4.

Does anyone have an idea about when will i get the router and where can i track it's delivery.

I have checked it in the community but the answer seems to be different on various occasion

Can I get a clarification on this.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

When exactly the router is send out varies a bit, but in general it’s planned so that you receive the package roughly a week before the actual activation date. You will get notified once the package has been handed to DHL and you can at that point track it through their systems.
