I’ve been having really serious connectivity issues since I first signed a contract with O2. They have never been able to solve this terrible problem.

 

My tariff includes 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. However, O2 has never provided even the nearest. Sometimes it is 10 Mbps down. while sometimes 5 Mbps! And it usually disconnects. No stability at all!

 

They sent technicians 5 times and the final one finally managed to make me completely disconnected in the middle of the pandemic! He had been supposed to fix the problem, and he rootedly fixed by uprooting all the connection!

 

Why is this just happening during such a critical period? I fully depend on the internet, and all O2 does is to put me off by saying some nonsensical words like “It’s all your fault”!

 

How do you expect us to fight coronavirus without even reaching the basic technology called internet?

I am sorry for the trouble  you are going through. 

Our colleagues from technical department are still investigating and trying to figure out what exactly happend and why your

DSL is showing so much disconnects. As soon as there is an update in your case they will get back to you.
