I called to the following number: 089666630081 to request a change of my Internet since I am moving from apartment. I haven’t receive any news or updates regarding the topic after the call. 

The lady asked me for my username and my pin (Personliche kundenkennzahl) and I gave her.

Is this spam?? Please help!
