I would like to cancel my o2 DSL contract. I have already sent in an online notice for the termination. I was asked to call a specific number to confirm the cancellation. When I called the number, I was told that they do not accept cancellation calls and gave me a different number which was out of service. I then called the English helpline and was given a different number and once again the number was out of service. Since I do not speak very good German it will be really helpful if someone speaking English could help me out.

I have great news for you \o/ Your call with our customer service was well documented, so our cancellation deapartment
placed the order to deactivate your contract to the earliest possible date (in your case the End of may)

@Sreyabnrj7 Sorry i forgot to mention a small detail:
Please send back the router after contract deactivation, cause it’s rented hardware which has to send back after cancellation.
Please use our return portal to send your router back: http://g.o2.de/GAF You can also print out a return label there. The return is made with DHL and is free of charge.

Could you confirm if the contract has been terminated? I tried checking on the website but it says that due to technical reasons the data could not be fetched.
