O2 DSL Move to a new address

Hello, I am unable to order the move of my DSL to the new address. Could someone help me here. As soon as I go to service and click on move it says your request is in process, but I am unable to add my new address. Appreciate any help.

Here is my advice how to get along with the service line:

Please say nothing during the IVR is asking for details like your customer ID.

English support is available from Mon-Fri 11 am to 3 pm

Unfortunately  we are unable to order a move right here. You may also use the www.o2.de/chat to get assistance in this matter.

Oh mate, god help you. I am going to have the same issue. I wanted to clarify how can I actually change the address to provide the internet. I guess just changing the address in my-o2 is not enough, so I am trying to reach their customer service for the last few hours already. The customer service phone numbers are leading to a labyrinth of automated messages with useless shit and then when you finally find a way out to reach an operator they connect you to the infinite line of waiting. Such a wasted service, if I knew I would choose another provider at the beginning.

Exactly, they do not answer the calls and this is a problem for all the customers I guess. Nothing is easy with O2.

Can someone help me here to move my DSL connection to the new address, I am unable to do it using the portal. @o2_Flo @o2_Manga
