Hello 

I am witnessing frequent o2 DSL disconnections at my apartment here in 88131 Lindau. The problem is increasing day by day. I am not exactly sure whether the problem is overall o2 DSL connection in my area or the router issue. I am using o2 Homebox 6441 for the last 4 years. 

As nowadays it is mostly homeoffice, The issue is severly disrupting my work and calls. 

Please help

Would you please install the o2 DSL Hilfe App to check if the disconnections are an issue of the line or the device. 

If the line is okay and the router is damaged you will get a swap for a new one.

Many times a day, the router completely disconnects as the DSL yellow light turns OFF.  I have installed o2 hilfe app, it does not show any issue with the router. The issue must be with the connection

I am sorry to hear that there seem to be issues with the DSL connection. If our o2 my Service App does not help in finding a solution I recommend to contact our technical DSL team so they can have a deeper look into this. You can contact our colleagues either via phone or WhatsApp. If you call via phone and do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with y frienmd of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
