I would like to cancel my o2 dsl contract before activation since I don't have a telephone line connection and the activation date is too late.

The contract can only be terminated at the end of the agreed contract period in compliance with the period of notice.
If you are still within the revocation period, you can revoke the contract. To do so, please fill out the “Widerrufsformular” and send it to the e-mail address given in the form. You have to do it yourself, no one will do it for you.
When I tried to cancel my contract through Efax online The fax number 01805571766 is showing BLOCKED. Please suggest any other options.
