I booked O2 for the DSL but the service was installed at my house , So i have asked Shop were i booked O2 and they said the installation taking long time due to technical challenges , so I asked the shop guy to cancel the contract and i took the Vodafone and have the DSL from Vodafone .. but i am seeing the O2 charges on my bank acccount and when i asked O2 the contract is active … When i asked the shop guys he said he cancelled the booking of the technical person and i do not have anything from O2 … but i am keep getting billed ..
How can i cancel and get the refund for the service which i do not have..

I regret that you received obviously a wrong information in the shop concerning the withdrawal of your DSL-contract.
I have just sent a complaint to the responsible department.
I cannot tell you if an immediate cancellation will be possible. But you will be informed about the result as soon as possible.

Thank for wiriting me back on this,, its been three months that i keep getting charged for the O2 DSL and i cannot get this stopped … please help me … and I want to know Do you have my information about the service contract details and how will get i contacted by O2..
