Hi, I want to terminate my dsl connection because the package is too expensive for me. I can not speak German. So, I am afraid of calling to the customer care. I tried to terminate via O2 app and it doesn't work. Can anybody from O2 help me to do it? If you are calling me please remember I can only speak in English.
