Hi there,

I just took over the o2 DSL contract from the previous tenant of my apartment, The internet worked fine before, but now doesn't work. Are there any reconfigurations that I need to do? Does anyone have any experience of this?

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

If the contract owner changes, the DSL access data will always be changed as well. The router must therefore be reset to the factory settings and set up with the new access data.

You should have received the access data by letter. They are also available online here: www.o2.de/mein-dsl/zugangsdaten

Please let us know again whether this worked and the connection is up and running again.
