I recently moved to a new address and I am trying to change my contract and move my DSL to new place. However I can’t do this online as it is saying my new address is not valid. I went to a o2 shop and they are also not able to do it ask me to call customer support. As I don’t speak German is there any english hotline where I can speak with 02?

Hello @Mrinmoy and welcome to our o2 community :-)

From time to time it may happen that one moves to a new adddress, in most cases the DSL connection will come with you. 

If, in this case you recieve the information the address was invalid, were you able to check the availability of DSL in our DSL Verfügbarkeitsabfrage? Do you recieve the same answer here?

If you already moved to a new place, did you update the contact address in Mein o2 already so we maybe might have a look into this?
