I have ordered o2 DSL M 50Mbit Package. I have somethings to clarify.

 

installation date is 17th of April. I willl be available there. Post box and bell my name also there. I am very new to my apartment and 1stte buying internet. Agent said keep Access to APL unit which I don't know what is that. However access inside my house amd Keller area everything is clear. I hope technician must be familiar where is the APL. Also I ordered basic router which is 2.99. hope it is smooth operating. 

  1. I ordered connection
  2.  Waiting for router
  3. Installation on 17th

From then after steps I am not clear. I was trying to login to mein O2 Option though it didn't work. As per customer service agent 69.99 installation, 49.99 router installation fees are completely removed from me. And due to young tariff agent said 1st 6 month is totally free. And data usage is totally unlimited with 50mbit continues..etc. so I hope my billing will be as below,

  3. 2.99
  4. 2.99
  5. 2.99
  6. 2.99
  7. 32.98 untill 24th month.

So how is the billing after 24th month. What is the process in case if I need to terminate the contract. And may I know Iam getting land phone also along with pand line number or not?

 

Please help me with this concern.

At o2 DSL you can choose between two contract variants when ordering:

Contracts without a minimum term can be terminated at any time with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of a calendar month.

Contracts with a minimum term of 24 months are extended after the end of the minimum term by a further 12 months in each case, unless they are terminated with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the minimum term or to the end of a respective extension period. 

Since you mention a 100% discount for providing the rental router, I assume that you have chosen a contract with a fixed term of 24 months with subsequent annual renewal. 

The tariff o2 my Home M has a list price of 29.99 EUR and the monthly rental price for an o2 Homebox 6641/6441/6741 is 2.99 EUR. This price is also valid for the automatic extension of the contract by 12 months. Towards the end of the agreed contract period of 24 months, it is also possible for the customer to actively extend the contract for another 24 months. In return, o2 usually grants a small loyalty discount. 

In accordance with GTC item 11, o2 reserves the right to adjust prices according to the development of total costs. However, o2 has never made use of this option to date. 
Furthermore, a change in the payment amount may result from changes in the value added tax.

Not all. But some.

 

I have 2 year contract. Doest my billing mentioned above is correct? Which actions I can take if contacted speed not available. Because I ordered 50mbit. And they said my area is 250mbit. So my connection must be continuing 50mbit??

the billing is correct if this is what is stated in your order confirmation. Why do you think your ordered speed might not be available?

Because I am getting lot of feedbacks from my friends That they are not getting consistent speed. I am afraid 


Your friends use o2 my Home M in the same house as you?

At least every time I do a speedtest for my o2 DSL connection I get consistent result of about 50 Mbit/s download and 10 Mbit/s upload. I can not complain.
