o2 contract cancellation

Hallo O2 team,

We were using o2 broadband service in Germany.
But we have relocated to india in July. 

We have returned the modem, for which we have received a confirmation from your side.

 And  according to the cancellation process, told to us by your customer service representative, we have sent a signed letter for contract cancellation, along with Abmeldung (De_Registration) copy to your office in südwestpark, Nürenberg.

But unfortunately,  we are still being billed for our internet connection. 

Request you to kindly close our internet contract, effective July. And refund the additional charges that has been deducted for the month of August.

Which address did you send the documents to and when? You are aware that you have to pay 3 months basic charge in the case of early termination?

Good news: You DSL was deactivated on september 3rd.

You will receive on last invoice next month and thats it, then its over.
