Dear community,
I started a o2 internet contract few months ago, I did confirm my email address when I first received the email. I am receiving emails about internet bills and I can't check them online it doesn't recognise my email address. I also have a prepaid o2 sim, with my phone number I can access my o2 but it doesn’t have my internet contract or anything related to internet. So it seems both are disconnected. Any idea how can I re-activate my email address so I can access my o2 and check all internet related stuff?
