No technician confirmation


Hi,

I have set up a DSL contract more than a week ago, on 17.06 and after 2 days I did receive a phone call to confirm my e-mail address, and then was told I will receive the technician confirmation in 2-3 days via e-mail. However, it’s been a week and still no e-mail. What does this mean and what can I do about it? 
 

I don’t speak any German so can’t really contact the phone line. Is there a way I can check online?

If you order a DSL or landline connection with us you normally recieve a confirmation of the date that the connection will activated within a few days. Under some circumstances it is possible that we have to clear some issues first but in that case you also should recieve further information.

I am glad to see that @Joe Doe informed you already that we also offer an English speaking hotline. Were you already able to get answers to qour questoins? Or is there something left were we should have a deeper look into? :-)
