Can someone please help me? I've been calling O2 Customer Support and they are not able to find any records of O2 technicians visiting my flat, regardless of someone from O2 visiting my places already a few times.
As a result, I am not able to change my appointment with the technician and it's incredibly frustrating.
I want to understand why this has been the case. Case has been open with ticket number 8926761.
