No news about my order


Hello there,


On 11.05.2022 I ordered online an o2 my Home XXL with a FRITZ!Box 6660 (Auftragsnummer XXXXX) but I haven’t received any news or confirmation of delivery of the router.

I have tried to log in to my O2 but I am not able to find what the status of my order is or even if it is active and exists. 

Could you please, confirm if my order is still active and give me some info about router delivery and installation appointment?

Hello @illescas7 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I a msorry to hear that there seems to be a delay with the information you should have recieved. 

Under normal circumstances you should recieve several emails confirming your order and giving further information regarding the contract, the date that the connection will be activated and so on.

Did you maybe already were in touch with our customer service and were they able to assist you with your questions? :-)

Yes, I contacted with the customer service and they gave me some details about the delivery of the Fritz!Box and the connection date.

The issue was that after I ordered online I received just one email with the Auftragsnummer, nothing else since then so I didn’t know which was the status of my order till I succeeded contacting the customer service.

I had a look into this, I am sorry that the activation still did not took place. I informed a department to have a look into this issue and arrange an activation as soon as possible. 

As soon as we have new information you will also bei informed via mail :-)
