No internet since yesterday evening

How can I contact support in English. I run diagnostics using o2 app and it indicates that my connection speed is 0.01 Mbps . I was given ticket number 900 042 700 811 but I can’t get through to anyone speaking English on the phone

Last night my DSL started malfunctioning. I run o2 test app and it shows that router is working fine but my connection is extremely slow - 0.01Mbps. 
I tried to call helpline but I can’t connect to anyone . 
My case number 900 042 700 811

I’ve done that but I struggle with booking appointment with technical department

Hello @Maciej84 ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

From what I can see your connection is up and running. Are you maybe experiencing an issue in the connection between your router and whatever hardware you are using? Are you just using WLAN or do you also have anything directly connected to the router itself? Have you checked if there is anything notable within the logfile of the FritzBox through its GUI.

It started working again this morning , issue solved itself
