Hello,

Internet suddenly went offline since a few hours and I cannot call the support number since also the landline is not working. Any chance you can check what's happening? 

Router diagnostics indicate that is all fine on my side and it reports a PPPoE timeout error in the internet service.

I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your landline connection. Were you maybe already able to contact our technical departement for example by mobile phone? Maybe evrything is already up and running as it should? :-)
