Hello! I've Home S 50 with cable for almost a month. But today morning it has been almost 2 hours that there's no Internet. From the FritzBox menu, it says " Connecting " for the cable interface.

Have you already gotten into contact with the technical department? Depending on if this is an issue that is only affecting your connection or a regional issue, you’ll have to contact them anyway.

Yes, we do have an English service hotline. They will be able to transfer you to the English speaking technical support team.
