I recently moved to a new apartment in the same building. I called O2 to ask if I would need another appointment with Telekom to activate a connection but they said they have already activated the connection for the entire building so I can use the same router in my new apartment without any problems.
However, after restarting the router, I have still not been able to successfully connect to the internet even though the LED lights for LAN, WLAN, DSL, and Internet are green. Can you please help me with this? Thank you!
