Dear community,

 

I have a router since several months but since 2 days I have no internet connection. The wifi is working but the "internet" light is blinking and internet is not working.

I don't know who to contact to get help and to know if it comes from the router or if the problem comes from O2 side.

Can anyone here help me to solve my problem?

I'm very sorry to hear that your land line seems to be down. Unfortunately we can't help you with individual issues here in the community. Our o2 My Service App can assist you with connection problems. It can also be switched to English language.

If the problem persists, please contact our technical support on the number displayed in the App or on 08005251378 (free of charges). Please note that you should be near to your router if you call them.

If you don’t speak any German, I would advise to call together with someone who can translate or speak for you in German as not all of our staff speak English.
