Hi all,

I have been experiencing problems with my Homespot M LTE plan for almost 4 weeks now.

When the problems occur, web pages do not load at all even though the router shows green or blue for the LTE light. A “ping” results in a timeout. The only way I can fix it is to force reset the modem, up to 6 or 7 times a day.

I have checked the O2 Stoerung page almost every day and it still says there is maintenance going on (Hier in der Nähe wird gerade an einer unserer Basisstationen gearbeitet.) Even after having suffered for a month by not being able to work at home with this connection, I was sent a letter by O2 that I do not get any Entschaedigung for this poor service. Can anyone from O2 please offer any help to get the internet connection stable again?

Hello @eventhorizon ,

how are things looking on your end at the moment. From what I’ve seen the stations that are closest to your address are working properly currently. Are you still having issues with your connection?

Hi Sven,

thanks for the reply. The internet connection has worked most of today but there were intermittent drops in the connection which I had to switch to my data plan under another operator.

I'm sorry you're struggling with these limitations. I hope that they have now been resolved and that you can fully use your tariff again!
