Hi,
I do not have DSL connection since Saturday. On Monday morning I was told that a technician appointment was scheduled and technician will show up today. He did not. I called the hotline and I was told that another appointment can be done once the technician updates report from visist (which did not take place!). So, to sum up, I am four days without Internet, waiting for some magician to come and fix it and in the meantime I need to use paid hotspots from other Internet providers to have Internet access. As I use Internet for work, it means O2 blocks me from doing my job (not providing the Internet connection I pay for).
Could I please ask someone to action on this?
Additionally, I would like to know where to send the bills for Internet from hotspots that I am using.
