No Contract Transfer


Hello,

 

I am trying to take over internet contract of the former resident on my apartment for last 6 months. We have tried twice to do so, even going to an O2 store. However, each time after I get the email to enter my details for the transfer, and I enter the required data, there is no further action. The former owner keeps getting charged, and I have no further communication regarding the switch. How can we rectify this issue and get the contract transferred to me?

It's a bit strange that you haven't received any feedback on the application to change the contract owner. Normally, the processing of the application takes a maximum of two weeks. No emails have arrived either, not even in your spam folder, for example?

I'd like to take a look at the case. Since I don't have any data from you and the old contract holder yet, we can exchange this via private message. Do you have the data (customer and landline number, personal customer code)?

If not, the old contract holder would need to get in touch with us.
