No activation email received, says I've already received it

Hello,

Sorry I posted firstly in the German section unknowngly and I can’t delete it :(

I recently signed up for a the DSL service from O2, which will start in April. I’ve received several emails telling me I can login to my O2 account to see the status of the installation and everything, and it says “ Ihren persönlichen Registrierungslink für das Mein o2 Kundenportal haben Sie bereits per E-Mail von uns erhalten “ However I haven’t actually received this email?  I made this account manually myself just to post on the forums. Is there a way to link the order (I can give the auftragsnummer if needed) to my O2 account?

Welcome to our o2 community. 

Sometimes the first couple of emails get lost in the spamfolder, so please could you check that?

Did you receive any other mails from us within the last few days with any kind of activation infos?

I checked the spam already. I’ve received multiple emails already from O2, the last one of which tells me my order is in “ Schritt 1: Eingang und Prüfung des Auftrages. “. I just have no activation email. I’m not really sure what to do...

Perfect, that sounds good.

Normally you should get after a short period of time the second one with “Schritt 2 (Aktivierung mit Technikertermin)” that indiactes that everything is fine and works as plannend

I’ve received the email now. However it says my email is already in use so I can’t use it. Can you delete my account or something so I can re register?
