I would like to ask about an offer for my contract(home 4g internet).

I see in my account some options but for the new customers the prices are better.

Is it possible to take this prices or only if I cancel it and make a new one?

New customer discounts are only available for new customers. The prerequisite is that no o2 my Home contract has existed for the last 12 months. It's not that easy to cheat o2 ;-)

blablup is right, new customer offers are only available for a new contract and only if it is actually a new customer contract.

I looked for an offer for your DSL contract. Currently we can only offer the tariff "my Home XS" with up to 16 MBit/s at your contact address. Please have a look at the following PDF.

Or is it a different address?

apparently it was determined that there is not enough coverage in your area for the o2 my Home via LTE.

We can only offer you a connection via DSL and there also only ADSL, not VDSL.

When you look at our availability check, you can see that we can only offer a connection via DSL.

I am very sorry that we cannot offer you something else.😓

Would you like an offer for a connection via ADSL?


It is very funny that I already using that connection (homespot , Home M- new is S LTE) and 

after checking with the link that you provide, it gives me only that option.

 


Then you need to keep your existing contract.

Evidently the website is not up-to-date but if you were to try to order it would not go through.


The offer has been renewed from the online portal to the new M tariff eventually .
