Because I moved to another city, I cancelled my O2 contract back in October. I received my “Abschlussrechnung” last December and what is my surprise that I have received this month a new “Abschlussrechnung”. In the details it says “Schadensersatz für nicht zurückgesendete Leihgeräte” but I never received a letter for what should I do with my O2Homebox or where should I send it.
I thought the usual was to first say the client what to do with the devices when a contract is finished and after that charge the client if the devices are not returned. Here I think is the contrary, I have the O2Homebox here waiting for the day O2 claim it to me, but I see you charge me first and ask later. For sure is a very good method to keep charging the client a bit more.
So here my question, how many new “Abschlussrechnung” will I receive in the following months until you decide to send me a letter explaining me what to do and where to send the O2Homebox?
