New DSL Customer Email

Hello! I booked a connection appointment and received a confirmation email on the 19th December but haven't had a follow up message to confirm my email or the installation appointment, am I missing something?

Hello @mkwest85 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you order an DSL connection with usyou will recieve an email confirming your order. If you have a special date that you want the connection to have been established, we try to order this date with our local provider. As soon as we recieve either a confirmation or the earliest possible date that the connection can be activated we will inform you with a new email in which the final date for the activation is stated :-)
