Hi, I’m a new customer, my line was activated on 08.09.2023, but there was a speed issue as the wrong line was ordered on o2’s side so the error was fixed. However I just looked at my first bill and saw that I’m being charged TWICE for the activation? Is that correct? Please correct the mistake, I shouldn’t have to pay twice for “Anschluss”?!!
