Hi, I’m a new customer, my line was activated on 08.09.2023, but there was a speed issue as the wrong line was ordered on o2’s side so the error was fixed. However I just looked at my first bill and saw that I’m being charged TWICE for the activation? Is that correct? Please correct the mistake, I shouldn’t have to pay twice for “Anschluss”?!!

Yes, that is correct, you will be charged an additional connection price of €49.99 for the AVM Fritzbox.

I hope I was able to answer your question regarding the connection price of the Fritzbox.

as RhobarDerIII has already said here and as it is also listed on the bill itself, these are two separate fees. One is for the connection itself, while the second one is a fee for the hardware that you’ve rented from us.
