I had an appointment for O2 DSL today but that didn’t work out. Now I have been on their customer care hotline for nearly 1 hour being sent back and forth between different people, just so I could talk to someone who speaks English. Finally, when I did get someone who speaks English, the call abruptly ended. The customer service for English speakers is really terrible and I don’t know how I can get a new appointment for a technician visit.
