Hi people,

 

I applied for a new contract through check24, received an email from no-reply@o2.de that I should contact o2 by phone. I can’t pass through the automatic system of the phone checking. How can I contact o2 otherwise? Or should I cancel the contract request and go for another provider?

 

Unfortunately I don’t have much patience and if I couldn’t find here a fast solution I plan to give up.

Unfortunately this is no real time contact channel like our chat or Whatsapp. It takes up to ten days until a mod joins the conversation between our customers.
