Hi people,
I applied for a new contract through check24, received an email from no-reply@o2.de that I should contact o2 by phone. I can’t pass through the automatic system of the phone checking. How can I contact o2 otherwise? Or should I cancel the contract request and go for another provider?
Unfortunately I don’t have much patience and if I couldn’t find here a fast solution I plan to give up.
