Hi there, 

 

My wifi at home has been working extremely poorly recently (2weeks) to the point that I am getting disconnected around 10-20 times per day. As we are working from home, this situation is getting extremely frustrating. 

 

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that we notice significant drops in performance for long period of times and I would really like to understand what can be done to find a permanent solution?

Your WiFi or the internet connection?

@bs0 is right there is a difference between Wifi or the internet line itself. Did you already try the o2 Hilfe App to analyse the interruptions?

What kind of router do you use?
