I have ordered a new monthly subscription and scheduled a connection activation appointment for Monday October 31st (Kundennummer xxxxxxxx). I have received an email saying that the connection is not possible because of a lack of information - but I did mention the flat is vorderhaus left side when I filed out the form. Could you confirm if someone will come tomorrow please?
