Hey @o2_Tobias  @o2_Kurt @o2_Support 

I need to change my NAT type from 3 to 1. Kindly make my IP address public so my NAT is not strict anymore. I am willing to pay the fees for it.

Hey @o2_Solveig!

I need help regarding my homespot. When I play online games on Playstation, I get NAT Type 3 which is strict and that causes me to lag out. Is it possible that I can have open IP for which you charge so I can get open NAT type 1?

For the one-off price of 49.99 euros, we can give you a fixed iP address. This enables Nat 2, which is normally sufficient for the Playstation with the corresponding port releases.

Hi @o2_Andrea,

 

I have already made the switch to get a fixed IP address. However, it has enabled Nat Type 2 on the Playstation for me but I do face a lot of issues with dysconnectivity. As I play Call of Duty Warzone, the game constantly disconnects and needs connection again to the internet so the game can function again. I only paid 50 Euros to have this issue resolved but unfortunately, nothing has helped make any difference and improve my experience with online gaming using Homespot. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
