Dear team,
I am using My O2 Home M.
My device LTE shows red from the last 2 days.
I am not able to connect to internet. If I place the SIM into my mobile I am able to connect to internet, so I am using the internet though mobile hotspot but it’s too slow.
I was trying to reach the customer care when I request them to forward to english speaking team, though I was waiting for the response minimum 45 mins no answer from them during this call internet is not working for me.
Kindly let me know how can I resolve this issue.
