There is no such thing as “o2 WiFi”. It's not clear what you want to have ordered.

I mean i have ordered for FRITZ!BOX and i learnt that it has to be delivered before the activation day, but the activation date is on Monday and i haven’t received it

I checked and while you ordered a DSL contract, you did no order a router to go along with it from us. As such you’ll have to decide if you’d rather go out and buy a VDSL Router like a model from the before mentioned FritzBox 75x0 series of routers yourself or if you’d like to rent one of the models that we offer instead. For DSL you’d have the choice between the HomeBox 3 for 3,99 a month or the 7590AX for 6,99.

at the end of the day the choice of router is yours alone, but in the case of the 7360 I’d like to remind you that this is a model that was initially produced more than 10 years ago and in all variants is no longer supported by AVM itself, which includes the firmware, which can be a potential security hazard. That’s why schluej suggested a current model from the 75x0 line of products.

as I have said before, you can rent a router from us. Which for a DSL connection would be the HomeBox 3 or the AVM FritzBox 7590 AX.

I woke up now and found out that my WiFi is not working, I’ve tried to restart it but not still working

you`re now using the HomeBox 3, correct? Have you tried the WLAN-Button at the side of the device?
Pressing it for 3 Seconds starts the WPS-Handling, pressing it shortly will however turn WLAN On or Off.
