Hello

I need help with  my o2 homebox..I started using o2 from January. The first box I received didn't have internet connection even after two technicians came, so I complained about it  and I was told I will get another router which  I got,.so the new router  came and the internet started working but it sometimes disconnect and connect.even when it disconnect for a whole day I didn't  care as long as it comes back on..but for the past one week now it disconnected and it hasn't connect back..it's just blinking red and blue on internet  and the wlan light has a stable  blue  but the dsl has no light.i have done all I could  do by using the o2 my service app but no results.

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with your internet connection. These disconnects can have many different causes. First of all, please check all cable connections for loose contacts. Please do not use extension cables or multiple sockets and only use the original cables if possible. If the cables are all okay, please perform a power reset: To do this, pull the plug of the switched-on router from the socket for 1 to 2 minutes. After restart, the connection should be working again.

If this doesn’t help please call our support and report the problem. They will inform you about the further procedure, a technician may have to come. The staff will then arrange an appointment with you directly.

It’s Sunday and my home internet is completely off. Not sure why. 
I have rebooted several times but the internet is just off. 
 

can anyone help?
