My Kabel internet doesn't work

I got a label router, over 3 weeks ago, they said I will get an activation email and then I can begin to use my internet. I have received the confirmation of connection email but I still do not get internet. I am connected but the internet does not work. Does anyone have a solution pls?

Thanks for getting back. The told me someone will come over and have a look at the connection. I am still waiting.

You will normally be allocated an appointment. Was that the case for you? Has the technician already been on site?

Nope. No technician has come. Neither have I received a call or an email. And I am pretty surprised by this. It is not what I expected at all. 3 months trying to get internet. I've never seen this kind of thing before. The process around getting internet to work in this city...smh. not encouraging at all

@Rastus What is status of led from the Fritzbox? Have you login in user menu from the Fritzbox? What stand there?

Hey @Rastus,

Sometimes the technician does not have to enter the apartment, but can solve the problem at the distribution box on the street. Can you answer Joe Doe's question for once?

My issue has been resolved. @Joe Doe I spoke with a technician over the phone, it turns out I was using the wrong coaxial cable.
