Hello,

A week ago was the activation date of my wired internet, I received an email confirming the installation successfully.
However I was never able to establish an internet connection. I already try to solve it with o2 suit, o2 service app and the web of fritzbox. In fritzbox it says that I must give my mac address to the provider or wait for the activation date. The MAC address of my router is correctly uploaded at www.o2.de/mein-o2.
I already tried to communicate repeatedly by phone but the service in English does not help me and in the other service phone I cannot communicate because I do not speak German. I even went to two o2 shops for ask for help, but nothing...
Please, it is very urgent for me to fix the problem or I won't be able to keep my job.
Mi router is a Fritz!box 6660 brand new.

U have entert the CM-MAC 

If the Power LED is not blinking! 

Could you upload a picture of overview, channels, statistic.

Yes, My CM-MAC is written correctly in o2.
The green led Light is still blinking but, just in case, here is a pic with that information:
 

Today I tried several times to ask for help in the hot line with a german friend but anytime that they transfer the call to a technical and my friend tell them the problem they just hang up! We really try for hours

Three weeks have passed and I still don’t have internet.
Two days ago I received a text message on my cell phone saying that Firma SAS was going to install my internet, but I don't know when or how to make the appointment. What can I do?
My internet is being charged even though it never worked, can I ask for a refund or that my payment be counted from the day they actually install the internet for me?

Hello @Denu ,

from what I can see, you’ve been contacted earlier today and you now have an appointment for the technician? Concerning the payments and a refund, once the issues have been fixed and your internet is up and running again, then you can fill out this online form to get reimbursed for the time that the connection was down.

They came to change the cables but the building's cable box was closed and I'm waiting for the real estate agent to send me the keys so they can come back. So I'm still without internet :(

Damn, that is not cool. I am sorry. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that the keys will arrive as soon as possible and that the tec guy can fix the error next time.
