Hello. my brother had two internet contracts at two different addresses. he decided to close one and moved the other to the other addres. our problem is that the internet does not work from the moment the move was made. I spoke to the customer service and they told me that a technician will come today, March 21, 2022, to fix the problem. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. My next question: can I get internet access without a visit from a technician? because when I try to connect to wi-fi I get this message: Willkommen! Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Telekommunikationsanbieter Ihrer Wahl. Geben Sie dort die nachfolgend aufgeführte Vorwahl und Leitungs-ID an, um Ihren Anschluss ggfs. ohne Technikerbesuch separate: Vorwahl: Leitungs-ID: XX XX XX XX Hinweis: Die Leitungs-ID dient nur zur Bereitstellung des Anschlusses und ist keine Telefonnummer.

I am sorry that your brother has problems with the activation of his internet connection and that the technician didn’t turn up. Was March 21st his first activation date or did the technician have to repair something? I think you will have to call the customer service again to make a new appointment, sorry!

If the new connection has already been ordered, it is unfortunately not of any use to hand in the line ID, the connection will then be made available as ordered.
