Dear 02, my DSL internet is not working. Please fix it as soon as possible.

are U using a HomeBox? If yes could you tell us the LED status?

 

To get help from O2 you have to call:

Service-Rufnummer

089 78 79 79 40 0 (zum Festnetzpreis)

Please call this service number from your mobile phone if possible, since The router may have to be restarted and calls from the fixed network may be interrupted.


WLAN is lit and DSL is just flashing nothing else is lit, the internet  hasnt been working since Thursday.


You should call O2.
