Dear O2 (and community too, I guess),
I have been an O2 customer for many years, but the internet issues I have been experiencing over the last few months and especially now last few days, have been a complete nightmare. I get disconnected ALL THE TIME during the last few days. My internet is barely working. I already talked to O2 at least 5 times about this issue, and they’ve arranged a technician to come and check the line. He said that it wasn’t wired properly, and that electricians have to come and fix it (why can’t the Telekom technician do that?!). So I then arranged with my landlord that an electrical company came and fixed some connections that were faulty, and it was fine for some time. Now over the last few days, the situation has again deteriorated to the level where I can barely use my internet. I will not continue paying for my O2 contract if this is not resolved. And if I call the phone number for the support, my call fails after I say or type in my phone number. What the hell?!?
